Information Needed at
Loan Application
In order to expedite your loan process, please bring the following items, which pertain to each person on the application:
Individual
o Picture ID and proof of social security number
o Residence address for the last two years
o Estimated value of furniture and/or personal property
o Full divorce decree, if applicable
o If veteran, Certificate of Eligibility and DD214
Employment
o Names and addresses of each employer for the last two years
o Gross monthly income with overtime and bonuses listed separately
o W-2’s for two years, if available
o Year to date pay stub
o Current pay stub, if different than year to date pay stub
o Proof of income from rentals, investments, etc.
o Proof of retirement, disability or social security
o Proof of child support of alimony paid/received
If self-employed:
o Two years Federal Income Tax Returns
o Current year profit and loss statement
Creditors
o Each creditor’s name, address and type of account, including loans and credit cards
o Account numbers for each account
o Monthly payments and approximate balances
o Amounts of child care expenses
o Loan information for current mortgage (bank name, address, contact information and account number)
o Current balance of mortgage on current property
Banking
o Names and addresses of banking institutions
o Account numbers for each account
o Types of accounts and current balances (checking, savings, etc.)
o Last two months of bank statements for each account
Miscellaneous
o List of assets in stocks, bonds
o List of other property owned (addresses and loan information)
o Life insurance cash value (documented if used as cash down payment)
o If selling current or other property; copy of sales agreement(s) and/or copy of listing on any property listed
o Money (cash or check) for application fee, credit report, appraisal and home inspection
